It's time to party! Lets mix and mingle with old Kris Kringle!
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a traditional
Polynesian and given a commemorative lei. That’s right, a cute little island girl or a hunky warrior there to welcome
you! (Hands off -- they're working!)
First, it's time for a little holiday spirit. There are 10 open tiki bars divided
amongst the tables where you will find a selection of beer, cold sodas, cold water and wines. Our open bars include your choice
of: Ketel One Vodka Bombay Sapphire Gin Chivas Regal Scotch Maker's Mark Bourbon Bacardi 8 Rum Sauza
Hornitos Tequila Crown Royal Captain Morgan Private Stock Upgraded Chardonnay & Cabernet/Merlot Budweiser
3 Import/Micro Beer selections Soft Drinks & mixers Juices and bottled waters
But, wait! A slow murmur
will begin spreading among the guests! The VIPs have arrived. Guests and paparazzi alike will travel down the beach to discover
a red carpet aglow by the light of traditional tiki torches. Of course, it wouldn't be Christmas without pointsettias! You
will want to be there as one by one, outriggers arrive like native limousines delivering a who's who of celebrities to our
little party.
Oh, yeah! Don’t forget to seek out
Captain SantaJack. Jack's paying pennance to Davey Jones for trying to shoot down Santa. Find him ... and you may
find treasure!

Until dinner begins, the main bars and the Tiki bars will be dispensing drinks. We encourage you to try something new.
Just ask our bartenders.
Once the VIPs have had their chance to be seen (and down a couple of cocktails), it's time
for a feast -- and not just for the stomach. We've prepared a feast for the senses.
Our dinner will officially begin
after our dignitaries arrive. Notice that around the periphery of the seating area your senses will be assailed by the sent
of our hors d' oeuvres. Here, you will find a taste of the exotic with a selection consisting of: Coconut breaded shrimp
with mango chutney Pork satay w/peanut dipping sauce Vegetable spring rolls with sweet & sour sauce Prosciutto-wrapped
cherry tomato & mozzarella cheese Artichoke & spinach dip with parmesan toast
A little too warm for this
fine evening? Seek out one of the strolling servers with silver platters stuffed with an assortment of cold appetizers:
Stuffed
cherry tomatoes with Bleu cheese & bacon bits Garden vegetables with savory herb dip Seasonal fresh fruit with a
tangy poppy seed dip Crostini with goat cheese flavored with walnuts & honey Crostini w/sundried tomato, parmesan
cheese & pesto

Next, you will be mesmerized by the beautiful Polynesian dancers as they introduce you to the mysteries of hula. Now don’t
be shy -- these shows are interactive! Our performers encourage audience members and dignitaries alike to join them during
both shows. (C'mon, Simon Cowell. We know you can shake those hips!)

Now for the decadence! Our hot appetizer tables have been replaced with tables of tortes and cheesecakes in convenient
bite-size pieces. Here is but an example of each: * Amaretto Truffle Cheesecake: A rich chocolate truffle cheesecake
flavored throughout with amaretto and topped with a special chocolate sauce and chopped walnuts. Garnished with real whipped
cream, caramel sauce and ribbons of chocolate. * Tuxedo Torte - Alternating layers of white and chocolate cake separated
by a milk chocolate Bavarian cream filling. Topped off with whipped cream and ribbons of chocolate. There will be
more than 40 decadent varieties to tempt your palette! There will lots of freshly brewed coffee and the main bars and
the Tiki bars will reopen immediately following the pineapple course.

Now its time for the main attraction! You are about to sit down to an authentic traditional Polynesian feast. Our dignitaries
will be seated at a long elegant table with edible centerpieces in sleighs. Our audience members will be seated at a series
of round tables throughout the floor, each including a Christmas wreath at the center out of which emerges a snow white umbrella
bordered by lighted poinsettias. The star of the luau is the Kalua Pig Pit roasted island-style with, of course, Poi. Don’t
worry if pork is not your thing because you will also find on the menu: Mahi Mahi Huli Huli Chicken A Hawaiian-style
barbecue made with: ketchup; soy sauce; brown sugar; sherry; ginger root and garlic Teriyaki Beef Lomi Salmon, a traditional
dish made with tomatoes, red onions, green onions and chili peppers Namasu A pickled daikon & carrot salad Sweet
potatoes Rice Kula Greens and Taro rolls. During this sumptuous feast you will have your choice of drink,
including wine, beer, soda or coffee and teas. Be sure to check out our Sumatran Mandalay coffee for a unique island flavor
and our Mango Herb tea. Dessert will be a round of fresh pineapple to cleanse your palette for the true decadence to
come. The pineapple will be accompanied by champagne (our dignitaries will enjoy Dom Perignon!). While you are eating
dinner, you will note on the seating chart that the tables have been grouped around four stages. During dinner, a traditional
show, consisting first of Polynesian fire twirlers and knife dancers, will light up the stage for your entertainment pleasure.

After dinner, our very special musical guests take the stage. Yes, it's none other than THE BEACH BOYS! The sounds of
sand and surf collide with the Christmas spirit as the Beach Boys timeless tunes include their classics as well as unforgettable
Christmas music.
As your concert and your night begin to wind down in the wee hours of the morning, (yawn! Too much
rum, perhaps?) on this beautiful tropical night, there is still one piece of holiday magic left to be cast.
As you
step into that final dance, you soon begin to feel drops of moisture hit your hair and shoulders. A hi'o! ("Look!") Is that
... snow? Yes! In the tropics, it begins to snow. As you say your last goodbyes to new and old friends, you will have some
time to reflect upon the night and collect your thoughts in a light snow for one last magical reminder that it truly is Christmas
in the tropics.
Ia orana no te noere and Ia orana i te matahiti api. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!
